The First

we had our first meeting. just now. it was alittle rush and i would like to apologize for that. i hope there wont be any further rush like this in the future.

we sat and talked down the theme and disccussed about event dates.

recently there was a suggestion and glimmer hope for us to collaborate with Careclub... but since Careclub already started planning for their big event.. i think i would be pretty unethical to for me to "campur tangan" and forcing them to replan. so from this i feel God wants us to enchance and further build the relationship between MMUCS first before we start any collaboration. =)

but there we will still be helping each other out in other areas hopefully =)

it's the first sem.. and i already had my sources that MPH has already been booked from week 2-6. suddenly the unusual "thinking too much" mode struck me. so i thought through it... how which day shall it be?... Grandhall to rent it is even more expensive, i dont want to have any extra cost.. hopefully tmrw when i go talk to Mr.Omar something can be worked out. So far all the plans and all seem pretty vague but hopefully by the next meeting everything will be sorted out and we will be able to move out first gear.

i feel that through out this event... we ourselves as committees have to sacrifice alot..our time for fun and other entertainment... im not asking you to neglect nor turn away from your priorities.. but i just hope that sometimes we can just be more willing to sacrifice our spare time.. to work hard for this event. we are all going through our young adult phaseswith studies,work,family, Spiritual Life, and Etc. im sure God will always be at our side. no matter what phases or hard times u go through.. i want to let you know your not going through it alone and im here to stand with u. as the Director of this event.. my responsibility is also to make sure all of you are alright and on track and also to support everyone of you all.

before anyting starts i would like to first and foremost apologise if i dont live up to your expectations .. i will humbly say im just like you.. i go through the same problems such as bgr , studies, family ,and etc. i will be very honest with you from here. as i want us to be a family not oni for the fun times that are just for laughs but also for the downtimes where we come to each other and lend support.

so to begin ,i hope you all will grow stronger and better , through the experience in this event =)... and let's work together to make this our stepping Stone to make a greater impact for Our Campus ..

Somewhat Inspirational

A Few Thoughts that came to my mind ... some thoughts and lines that were said somewhere somehow....

The Call

Few weeks Ago i got the call from Jon G (my Cf President) that i've been asked to be the Director of this academic year's Easter Event. First thing that came to my mind, what about IF camp?...

It's been a year's Pause since we had IF Camp, n i was elected as PIC (Person In Charge) for IF camp along with Ai Mie. I was Camp commander before for the Cyber CF mmu during my beta year, i had a short dilemma between Easter Event and IF Camp, whic one to choose?.. but deep inside my heart i already knew the answer just that i had some worries regarding about some issues regarding about camp, and i feel i already had the experience becoming a camp commander once...why not just hand it to someone to handle the Camp, cause the Plan For Easter was Really big and once in a lifetime opportunity.

Honestly, i was excited , happy , honoured... yet scared and Fearful about it. This will be the second time i open up how i feel about this event. Once i say "yes". Plans Ideas start coming to my mind, such as

-" What type of event would it be?"

- "how would i want to impact my campus?"

- " what shall be the theme?"

- " what's my aim and purpose for this event?"

- " will i able to go Thru this event? am i stable enough to handle it?"

this few weeks i will admit i was rather quiet ... cause was having a brainstorming with my brain to figure out and think properly what are the right move to make for this event.

Bryan talked to me about it and we shared what was our vision and how we wanna use this to futher impact and achieve. We both came upon Agreement we are looking towards "Unity".

Time After Time i come back i still felt the significant Need of "UNITY" among not only MMUCS members but also the campus. then this line came to my mind " One Heart , One Campus" which i hope is the theme for the committees in this Event.

Yesterday

We had our first supper relaxed meeting among the me and the Exco's . we were disscussing on the Committee Chart and it was drafted out. and what type of event we plan to venture on.

we all came to an agreement finally...

*drumrolls*

A MUSICAL DRAMA PLAY .... which will be the main Event!!! there was no objection but i felt "i really hope the members can put their full effort to this to make it work" ...

aside from that i felt that we should have a Fair, so that it can build up to the PLAY and rather than a one night thingy, so now it could help Promote the night get the Campus all Hyped up about The PLAY.

basicly i have a few ideas the play and how it is gonna be written.. and i will hope to disscuss it with the script writers soon.

Hi,

Thanks for dropping by this blog, this will be a blog about my journey as a director of the easter event that will be held in my campus. By blogging this i hope it will help others and enhance my experience in directing and leading such a big event as this. Spoiler will be Revealed from time to time. but everything that is listed in this blog is just not wat was disscussed among a few individuals. It's just my thoughts and dreams and vision for this event as a whole. I hope to the future Leaders of events, after reading it will help and enhance and understand how i really feel , and help you as ur future journey as leaders.

This will be a note to all who will be involved in this Event.

"Plans without initiating, commitment , devotion , sacrifice, .... will always just remain as plans..we will only have one shot to make this right... to make an impact... i encourage you all to stand , support , care for each one another.. Together We Are One Family "

with that i will officially announce the begginning of the planning of "Easter Event 09/10"
